About this property

A Country/farm setting located close to Route 83! Brand new 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with full kitchen and living room. A hidden gem surrounded by a wooded private park in an equestrian atmosphere. Guest are welcome to explore the trails surrounding our property. If you’re willing to hike, the creek provides opportunity for fishing and swimming just steps from the front door! Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch while soaking in the views of the horses and deer in the fields! Enjoy the fire pit and chairs for relaxing around the campfire. We provide some ingredients for making the perfect s’mores! This is a quiet place to disconnect from technological devices and reconnect with family and friends!

Other things to note:
The road leading to the apartment is a single lane gravel road.
FYI there are steps to climb up to the apartment. Please look at the pictures provided.
The building holds 2 separate apartments, one on each side of the building with private entrances and a large shared parking area. There is a possibility for noise to be heard between the two apartments.
We do have Internet and a fire stick on our tv. Some DVDs are also provided.
Please bring your own charcoal for the grill. You may bring your own fire wood for the campfire or find your own on the property.

Beautiful property. Close neighbors

Overall it is a great property and great host. One downside is it’s an apartment with an adjacent apartment. You can hear your neighbors very easily. Other than that it is a great property!

Great spot near friends

The apartment fit our needs well, the only surprise was the long drive down the gravel road. Not a problem at all, just unexpected. We would definitely rent again and have friends who have already booked it for Thanksgiving!

Great property!

We had a great time here. The kids loved seeing the horses and walking the trails. It was in a quiet, rural area that is close to a lot of different activities in the MD/PA area. It was perfect for our kids and we will definitely stay again!
