About this property

Purpose built for your large family to enjoy. This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home also includes a downstairs Man Cave complete with 50" TV that can be viewed inside or outside and a half bath. 3 Queen beds and 4 twins can easily accommodate 10 guests. A fully outfitted kitchen includes just about every utensil, pot/pan and appliance you could want. Plenty of dishes to prevent shortages when the dishwasher is running are included. Full size Washer and Dryer are located upstairs. Double boat slips and lighted downstairs deck. keep the fishermen happy. Parking for up to 6 cars.

If you plan to bring your boat or jet ski's, please let us know before your arrival. The city of Jamaica Beach charges $10 for launch and $10 haul-out tags to use the Marina area. We have to apply for these tags in advance.

So Relaxing

Frank responded to all questions very quickly and provided all necessary information prior to check-in. The home was just lovely, very clean and inviting. Loved that the upper deck had both a covered area and an uncovered area. Plenty of space and chairs both on the upper level as well as lower. It was very quite and peaceful and loved sitting on the deck at night. Neighborhood was great and several restaurants are very close. We have marked this as one of our favorites and will definitely book next time if available.

Great Space!

We enjoyed our stay! Lots of great outdoor space and seating. Being winter time, the water in the canal was low, so fishing from the dock was not really an option. Layout of the house was just right for our family. We cooked lots of great meals and had plenty of space to hang out.
