The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out is at 11 am. When checking out, please take your garbage to the dumpster at the end of our street on the right and run any dishes you've used in the dishwasher.

If you have time to do some of your laundry, sheets, and/or towels, the cleaning ladies will appreciate it. You can leave laundry drying in the dryer.

Dog not on furniture, must be crated if left alone. There is also a recycling center at the Home Owner's Office (1900 S Ridge Dr, Somerset, PA 15501 -- right next to the pool).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

*Children between 2-10 years old: 2 maximum. *No parties.

*Guests may not use owner’s ski equipment *Guests use the ladder accessing the loft at their own risk

*A railing has been installed on the top bunk bed; guests use the bunk bed at their own risk *No ball playing in parking lot near neighbors’ vehicles

After many years of traveling as guests, we are excited to begin our next adventure as hosts. We are currently located in Baltimore where I teach and coach and my wife teaches and does research. We love to discover new places, whether that be down the street or on the other side of the globe. Since the birth of our sons, we travel most often to my wife's home country of Spain to spend time with family, though we are eager for our boys to discover more of the world with us.

Walking distance to Hidden Valley ski slopes. 15-20 minutes drive to Seven Springs ski slopes.

What makes this property unique

Whether in the Hidden Valley resort itself or the nearby Laurel Highlands, you will never be at a loss for adventure or leisure. Catch trout in a local fishing spot, head to nearby Ohiopyle to kayak, bike the trails in Laurel Hill State Park, or stay in the resort to hike in Forbes State Forrest, golf our beautiful 18-hole course or swim in the resort's swimming pool (open from 6/1). New Ductless Heating/AC unit and new appliances! Please include any pet (1 dog max under 20lbs) when reserving!
