There is an outdoor fire pit and patio overlooking a beaver pond where you can relax and cook your s'mores. In August there are ripe Blackberries on the property that you are free to pick and make delicious desserts.
House Rules: The on-site manager lives just adjacent to the home and can be contacted if there are any problems during your stay. Only previously approved guests should be at the home. No unapproved parties or gatherings are allowed and no more than three cars should be on the premises. Local noise ordinances should be respected. The manager will notify the owners and the authorities of any violations of these rules and guests will be reported and will be charged the full damage deposit.
