Arhimser Villa is located on the pristine Kahandamodara beach on an acre of magnificent beachfront. The villa has 4 extra large, high ceilinged double bedrooms with sea views, each room is over 42 square metres with attached ensuite, air conditioning, fans, bidet, safe. closet, clothes rack, baggage rack etc., The spacious, airy lounge and dining areas also have sea views. The modern kitchen, pantry and separate laundry provide ample space for comfort and privacy. The villa accommodates 8 persons. If requested, one extra bed can be added to each of 2 rooms - in total 10 persons can be accommodated. Each extra bed attracts a charge of USD 50 per night bnb. Free pick up from the BIA International airport or a hotel in Colombo is provided for stays over 7 nights for groups of 4 to 6 travelling together. For stays lesser than 7 days pick up can be provided at an agreed price. Our chef prepares delicious meals local and western. Breakfast is included in the villa rate and lunch and dinner is priced in the range of USD 8-12 per meal. Vegetarian and light snacks are priced at USD 4-8 per dish. Special meals like lobster, crab and lagoon prawns can be provided, if available, at market rates with advance notice. Guests can use the kitchen to cook their own meals with the assistance of the chef. The outdoor wood fired BBQ is also available. A charge of USD 20 per day applies for use of this facility.

A wash only laundry service is available with an iron and ironing board provided for guests to do their own ironing. The villa rate includes all taxes and breakfast. A staff team of four including the chef work at the villa. There are separate staff quarters on the premises where some of the staff live. We have negotiated special discounted rates with the transport providers and suggest guests use their services as the rates are very competitive.

The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and seeing a large fish jump out of the water or a turtle coming ashore to lay it's eggs or a walk on the pristine golden sandy beach or observing the simple way of life of the villagers creates pleasant memories that remain forever.
