The Residence Praz Les Pistes is in the Bernards area of Praz sur Arly, right next to the ski slopes. Depending on your ski level and the snow cover you can ski directly from the residence. The ski slopes, ski school and the ski lifts are within 300 meters. The access to the ski slopes is a little flat so if you want to ski directly from the residence be prepared for a work out pushing on your ski poles! Surface area : about 28 m². 1st floor. Orientation : North-West. Living room with sofa bed (140). Bedroom with double bed (140). Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (80). Kitchenette with coffee machine (senseo), oven / microwave, toaster, electric cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
