Accommodation of 40 m2 with an 8 m2 terrace in front of Orient Bay and direct access to the beach and the garden of the residence. You will be able to enjoy the incredible sunrises in the ocean. You will find many beach clubs on Orient Bay.
180x200 king size bed, a sofa, a table and 4 chairs for your meals on the terrace facing the sea, a spacious bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a hood, a large dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a coffee maker, and plenty of storage. A large closet is next to the bed to store your clothes.
The very large private swimming pool of the residence in front of the beach has been completely reconstructed with end of works January 2023.
