Located on the first floor (without elevator), air-conditioned, it is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a vast terrace of 60 m². The apartment facing east is composed as follows:

- A terrace of 60 m², facing east, with awning and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days enjoying a view in the distance on the lake of Torcy.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Air conditioning in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms, washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Montcenis, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
