Casa de Campo Resort Amazing 3BDM Apt. at La Marina!

Renovated 3 Bedroom Marina Apartment with a Cozy Mediterranean decor with air conditioners in all bedrooms.

Guests have access to 2 bedrooms when 4 guests and to the third bedroom after 5 guests using the entire apartment.

After booking we offer contact for airport pick up services and for golf cart rental services.

It’s located in the Premier Caribbean Resort of Casa de Campo Resort & Club. We are aprox 5 min by car to Minitas Beach and Pool.

Our guests have access to the many amazing venues that the Resort offers: 5 Golf Courses, more than 30 Tennis Courts, more than 15 Restaurants & Bars, the wonderfrul Minitas Beach, the Altos de Chavon Amphitheater and the Marina with it’s many Shops.

Within walking distance our guests have access to Supermarket, Restaurants & Shops.

Our apartment has a private parking space. We offer continental breakfast no fee for this.

Guests will pay resort fee if they show rental upon gate arrival.

Very clean and exactly as advertised. Included in the price is someone to come clean in the mornings. Martina was warm and wonderful and made us a fantastic breakfast one day. The rooms are comfortable and very quiet. Location is fantastic - close to restaurants, shops, and across from a decent sized grocery store. The spot to park a golf cart if you decide to rent one is right out front.

Very clean, beautiful decoration, wonderful location

We had a bit of a hard time locating the unit, but ince we did, we absolutely loved it. The property manager was responsive and on top of all my queations. This beautifully decorated 2-story condo, with everything very clean, well organized, fit all of us comfortably (6 people).

Beautiful Marina Apartment!!

This apartment overlooking the courtyard at the marina is just perfect! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, and Rosa was the perfect host - providing all of the information we needed to make our stay run smoothly and comfortably. Martina was very helpful and kind, and prepared breakfast with food we picked up at the Market (only steps away). She also successfully helped me get a couple of coffee stains out of my white jeans! Apt is great for adults and teens, not suitable for young children.

The property was well maintained and as advertised. It was a challenge to handle our luggage with the stairs up to the apt and again up to bedrooms of the duplex. We were fortunate to have our adult child to do the heavy lifting. It was also an inconvenience that all bathrooms are located upstairs.

Hello its an inconvenience when guests offer a review agter lodging without reading linstkng description and with lack of communication with host. We offer guests assistance with housekeeper whom will assist with lugagge upon check in and chexk out. Its very disappointing that after you has a wonderful stay you pin point an inconvenience due to lack pf communication.

I bought and remodeled this amazing condo because its simply heaven being here at La Marina near supermarket, shops, restaurants, banks, & boats.

Since I have my main home in Santo Domingo City, this is a great place to be while I communte back and forth tk Punta Cana for work.

I also have twl condos on the Beach in Punta Cana which I also use and rent.

What makes this property unique

Incredible location within the Marina. Its not noisy and I its decorated so people can enjoy and relax.
