Ski in/out Chalet with breathtaking view of the slopes

The newly built Charelle chalet, which sleeps 10, is located in the exclusive “Les Cleves” complex, 200 m above the village and right on the slopes, offering a magnificent view of the mountains. Located right next to the Jean-Pierre run, all you have to do is step outside and glide down to start your skiing adventure. Or have you ever thought about combining skiing with surfing at Alaia Bay? After a hard day’s work, it’s time to relax in our hot tub or sauna, light the fireplace, and get as comfortable as possible.<br>Accommodations<br>Ground floor:<br>spacious living room with a cosy fireplace and TV, lounge area.<br>Fully equipped open kitchen with bar and high chairs; dishwasher, Nespresso machine, fondue set, etc.<br>Dining table for 10<br>people Restroom<br>Relaxation area next to the hot tub<br><br>Ground floor:<br>1 adjoining double bedroom (shower, bathtub, toilet)<br>2 double bedrooms<br>1 shower room<br>1 toilet<br>1 children’s bedroom with double bunk beds<br>Sauna with shower<br>Ski storage room at the entrance with heated locker<br>Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron, etc..<br><br>2 outdoor parking spaces, 50m from the chalet (accessible only when there is no snow)<br>1 outdoor parking space at Le Bob, accessible by 4x4 or with snow chains!<br><br>For arrival/departure, we’ll take you to the chalet and bring you back via Polaris or quad bike.<br><br>Your rental includes 2 trips per group; if your group arrives at different times or on different days, additional transfers are available for an extra fee.<br>Please note that the chalet is located 50 m higher up, so you’ll need to walk with snowshoes or request an quad bike ride if you wish to leave the chalet to go grocery shopping, to the dining hall, etc.<br><br>Please contact us if you have any other requests, such as additional cleaning or laundry—we’ll be happy to help.<br>Guest Access<br>With these chalets, the unique location means unique transport.<br>During the winter season, you’ll need to leave your car in our car park at Le Bob; we’ll take you to the chalet in a Polaris quad bike. Two trips are included in our price; additional trips can be requested. Please note there is a 50-meter climb to the cabin, so snowshoes will be necessary if you wish to walk from your car.<br>Other notes<br>Not included in the price and must be paid at the property:<br><br>Tourist tax: 3.5 CHF/person/night<br><br>Security deposit: 1,200 CHF
