Little Dipper is located directly across from the beach in Seaside and is the delightful guest cottage to Starry Night. Down the footpath Little Dipper greets you with a charming side porch with Adirondack seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening night cap. An adjacent sandy foot path leads to the beach, just a few steps away. This cottage is directly across from Odessa Pavilion and two blocks to the Seaside Amphitheater, dining, and shopping a perfect location to all things Seaside.

On the first floor is the open living floor plan with a small dining table with seating for four, living area, and adjacent kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a four burner stove top, microwave, and compact dishwasher.

The second floor includes a queen bed, mounted TV, full bath, and a Juliet balcony - the perfect place to view the "Little Dipper" at night.

For additional room, the main three-bedroom cottage, Starry Night, may also be rented.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.
