About this property

You will love this four bedroom single level home with tall ceilings to really open the space. The entire kitchen, dining and family area are open and accommodating for large families or groups. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathtub and walk in shower that opens up to the backyard. Two bedrooms each with queen are perfect for a couple or children. The sectional sofa also turns into a sleeper for 1-2 extra. The study has been turned into an extra bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Into the backyard you will look out onto the Augusta Golf course green. With your own private heated pool and hot tub (no extra charge). Just bring your suitcase and we will provide everything else. Just 8 miles from Mesa Gateway airport. Minutes from retail stores and restaurants. 25 minutes to downtown Scottsdale. The Jeep in pic is available for rent as well, inquire within.

Spring break vacation with family

It was amazing! Beautiful home! Very clean. Quite neighborhood. Fun golf course. Perfect location for what we had planned. I highly recommend this place!

We really loved our stay in this home. It is a beautiful home, very comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay. My husband and I stayed for over a month, and we had friends visit as well as daughter and teen granddaughter. The pool/hot tub are great, the back yard is beautiful and there are many games to play in the evenings. Chris is very responsive by email or text for any questions. I definitely will stay in this home again and rate it a 10/10.

Wonderful place to stay

What can I say that already hasn’t been said. Chris’s place was more than we expected. We had a great stay. We stayed for 12 days and we never got bored. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the golfing behind the house. We had 2 little ones and they felt at home. Will definitely be booking again.

Great stay for families!

This was an incredible place to stay. We were in town for a sporting event and the location was perfect for our stay. The home accommodated our group of 8 comfortably. It was clean, organized, well stocked, and inviting. We felt comfortable using all the amenities. Chris was responsive to texts and questions right away. He was very accommodating and kind. We would absolutely reccomend this property and host again.

This beautiful ranch home in Mesa is everything you and your small or big family will need. It is accessible for people with elderly or people with disabilities, wonderful for teenagers, or younger children, and comfortable for any age. The homeowner is incredibly efficient, organized, and has seriously thought of everything you could have in a home to make it feel like you’re HOME. It also is a fantastic location. If you are here for sports and events, there is highway access is right around the corner. I was looking at three other properties and I’m so glad I booked here! Thanks, Chris!
