The view! This house is all about the view, overlooking the ocean, listening to the sounds and enjoying being outside. The house was perfect for 2, great shower, bed was comfortable. Location was great to explore the south end of Redwoods NP.

THE VIEW

This was our most fun rental ever! Everything you need, great location, comfortable AND THAT VIEW. We sat outside and just watched the ocean.

Perfect spot by the sea

It looks like a garage from the road, but inside it’s a lovely little house - comfortable, convenient, clean. But the view! Incredible. The kitchen is well equipped and you can gaze at the ocean while you cook.

We loved staying at this beautiful home. You can’t beat the views! It was a perfect location for us to come back to after a day of exploring tide pools or hiking in the redwoods to soak in the hot tub and listen to the waves below us. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house in a breathtaking location.

We had a lovely 3 night stay and didn’t want to leave. We were surrounded by birds and the ocean. The place is extremely comfortable and has all the amenities you could need. We will definitely return when back in the area.

Amazing romantic getaway

We have stayed at the Garage House multiple times over the years. It is our absolute favorite place to vacation on the California coast. We will definitely be back. 100% recommend it.

Heaven in Northern CA

This place was exactly how it is advertised. Perfect location for visiting the Redwoods! The view is out of this world!! Very private and romantic. We would 100% recommend.

Best sunsets!

This was our fourth year staying at Bill's Garage House, and we once again had a lovely time! It's comfortable, convenient to many, many hikes, and the views overlooking the ocean are just jaw-dropping! The hot tub is also a highlight for us. Bill has an apple tree that had an abundance of apples this year, and encouraged us to take some, so we made an apple pie for Thanksgiving! Thanks Bill!

Our 4th visit

Because this was our fourth time to stay at The Garage House we knew what we expected and as usual it did not disappoint. The location, views and immediate sense of relaxation that welcomes you is very special. We love the area and always look forward to being on the coast whether hiking in the redwoods or along the areas great beaches. And sometimes we just sit and watch the ocean. A truly great place !

One of our favorite rentals of all time!

This was our 3rd year in a row staying at the beautiful Garage House, and though every time we add more days, it gets tougher to leave each time! There is so much to see and hike around there, but my wife's happy place is reading in the sun on the deck looking out over the ocean and Trinidad. Great views, even when storms roll through! We finally hiked the James Irvine/Clintonia trail and highly recommend. Thanks again, Bill!

A Must

We really enjoyed our stay! The Garage was wonderful. And the views? Incredible. There is a tv. We didn’t turn it on. The windows to the ocean had the best views. We will be back. ( almost wished there was a storm to see huge waves)

Lovely stay, amazing views!

My boyfriend and I stayed 5 days at the garage house. The views are incredible and we very much enjoyed the hit tub and listening to the waves at night. The kitchen was well stocked but there were very minimal spices (Salt and pepper). You may want to bring your own or buy from the local market. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, so don't forget to bring your own. We accidently left my boyfriend's watch at the house and the owner was very helpful with mailing it back to us. We would stay again!

Absolutely a Perfect Oceanfront Home

This home is quite possibly one the best homes we have ever stayed in from VRBO. Great communication with the owner. Easy to find and check into. Perfect location that looks out directly on the Pacific Ocean. A hot tub on the spacious deck that has a view of the ocean to die for. Even a bottle of wine upon check in. We loved everything about this home. If we ever come to this part of California we would stay here without question. Nice job on the home Bill.

Million Dollar View!

We loved staying at this property! The open floor plan and large windows make it seem so much bigger than it was. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare our own meals, the walk-in shower was so comfy after cold evenings outside, and the outdoor space was PERFECT for sitting and enjoying the view. The only downside was no Wi-fi and so no TV, and the blue ray player didn't work. We used A LOT of data after the sun set and it was pitch black outside.
