When choosing SunDestin Beach Resort as your Destin vacation rental, prepare for top-notch relaxation. Between the Gulf of Mexico just a flip flop kick away, the newly renovated outdoor pool, outdoor tiki bar, you’ll have plenty of sun-soaking options for you and your family.  Take a break from the sun by perusing the gift shop located in the lobby. Before retreating to your room, swing by the complimentary DVD box and grab a movie for kids to watch later that night.  Keep a healthy mind, body, and soul by snagging a workout in our fitness facility, equipped with a sauna.  There isn’t much you can’t experience at SunDestin Beach Resort. Still, we understand if you decide to venture out to Destin, FL, and SunDestin just happens to be located in the heart of it all, making a quick drive to fine local cuisine and popular attractions.



SunDestin Unit 0611 is a 1-bedroom condo that complements its Gulf of Mexico views with a calming beach color scheme inspired by the breathtaking sunrise and sunset balcony views.  Recently refreshed with new, family-friendly furnishings, SunDestin Unit 0611 is a bright, open one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four.  When not at the beach or at on-site amenities, cozy up in the living room with a flat-screen TV and a balcony view of the ocean or gather for conversation around the dining room table.  Hang out at the breakfast bar with seating for two or jump into the fully-appointed kitchen to prepare meals for the family!  Retire on the queen size sofa/sleeper in the living room or in the king-sized bed in the master suite with flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



This Destin vacation rental is equipped with a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to four people.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Loved everything about this place except the elevators one or two were out of order and made it very hard to go down from room. Had to take the stairs several times from the 6th floor due to the elevators being packed. Wasn’t hard getting up just getting down. Only other issue was the hot tub closes at 10 wish it had been open till later myself.

As new owners, we could not have been more pleased with our stay. Everyone in guest services was friendly, greeted us with a smile, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed during our stay. I have been impressed, every time we have stayed, with the cleanliness of the unit! I cannot get over the care that goes into maintaining the units and makes them \"move in ready\". The location cannot be beat - with ocean views, accessibility to the beach and also accessibility to local restaurants and shopping. The on-site Pelican\'s Roost was DELICIOUS. The furniture is a bit worn but clean, and replacements have been ordered. Overall a top rating of 5. I would and will absolutely recommend SunDestin to all family and friends.

Went for a short getaway. The building is older, but the areas we visited and our room were very well maintained. The staff was helpful and pleasant. We would choose this property again.

Only came down Thursday night to Sunday morning. Great location and the condo was nice. I assumed it would have a washer and dryer because other condos I’ve stayed at in did but it didn’t. Liked having the 1/2 bath. The pool was small for the number of condos. The showers coming up from beach did not work.

Unit was clean but do not count on the sleeper sofa for someone to sleep on. The kind bed was not very comfortable either. The bedroom has some strange “purple” light that really does nothing. You must turn on both lamps to see anything. It is in a great location and having the restaurant on site was very nice.

There is no pantry or room for groceries alot of cabinets just filled with dishes, also no washer and dryer in the room but has a coin operated community one out on the floor. The air unit is on the patio which puts out hot air and is alot smaller than it shows in the picture. Overall it was nice.

Beach getaway

I enjoyed everything except for the lack of having access to a washer and dryer without having to pay for it. I figured with price of the room it would have a washer and dryer in the room. And the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. The check out experience was easy but we had to wait a while for a valet buggy.

We rented this condo for three days but left after 2 nights . This condo is in desperate need of updating. The furniture is so bad and uncomfortable the plastic chairs on the balcony were more comfortable. Don’t even use the pull out sofa bed. Many of the furniture pieces were falling apart, we had to put rungs of the dining chairs back together. Even the decor, old yellowed faux flowers, long overdue for the trash. The bed springs left marks on my husbands back and it slopes to the middle. There is old dirty brown damp carpet that we couldn’t walk on without shoes because it’s just gross.
