This newly built elegant, stunning 865 sqft guest house is perfect for your stay. It is very private, has its own kitchen equipped with induction stove, upscale appliances and washer/dryer. Light-filled great room has soaring 15 ft vaulted ceiling with decorative cedar wooden beams and 12ft window. Separate temperature controlled split AC/heater units in both rooms . Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.Shops &.restaurants close by.
Great ambience and space for a relaxed stay. It's a custom designed guest house with extra sound proof insulation to minimize the noise from road and railway track. 5.1 surround system with ceiling speakers in great room. Bluetooth speaker in bathroom to enjoy music. High speed wifi internet. Basic utensils and cutlery provided. Landscaped front yard, side yard still work in progress.

The loft in the house is not habitable space and is not accessible. The window for the side yard is locked for safety purposes. Strictly no shoes inside the house! This is for the safety of our guests. Quiet time between 10.00pm to 6.00am.

Magesh and Rupa were incredible hosts! The guest house was so comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. 10/10 would recommend staying here! The location was perfect and the home was so cozy and clean! You can tell that Magesh and Rupa put a lot of care into the renter's experience. Don't miss out on this gem!

Best rental experience ever!!

This was our best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had! Magesh and his family were extremely kind and generous hosts. The rental space was incredibly clean and had every amenity we would possibly need for our stay. The location is great for exploring the surrounding wine regions, and very close to a couple great breweries if you need a break from wine. We can’t say enough good things about this rental or the hosts, and we hope to stay here again if we’re in the area!

Awesome place and very hospitable owners!

We stayed at Magesh's and Rupa's place for about 7 days for an event we had to attend. Our stay was very smooth and comfortable. The place was sparkling clean as we got in. All the amenities are also very good. Magesh and Rupa are great hosts. Very hospitable and warm people. During our stay they baked cake for us which was very sweet of them. Awesome!

Had my daughters birthday party in Santa Rosa. Never used vacation rentals before, Magesh was so helpful making this first time experience so easy. Can’t say enough about Magesh and his wife, amazing hosts, even left a birthday gift for my daughter. Super clean and inviting.

Perfect in Petaluma

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. It was just my husband and I. The location is easy to get to and very close to everything Petaluma. We stayed two nights and had everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the place was very comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely like to stay here again if available. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful escape.
