This executive home is located in the trendy Mud Island area (Best kept secret in Memphis). Ideal spot for short or long term corporate housing, temporary assignment to Memphis area, group of friends, newly-weds, and couples to come and experience the amazing area. Five blocks from the Mighty Mississippi and walking trails. Downtown is a quick 5-10 min Uber/LYFT drive. Very close to St. Jude, Airport, Naval Support Activity Mid-South and other locations. Configured for electric vehicle charging.

This home welcomes you with a master bed room with a King size bed and private jacuzzi bath, living room ( with 200 channel cable TV) kitchen (with wine refrigerator and large air fryer), 2nd bedroom (Queen Bed) , 2 full baths, and an indoor patio.
