Need calm, wild nature, authentic mountains? Come and recharge your batteries in the Queyras, a preserved paradise in the southern Alps. A 45 square metre apartment awaits you in a residence located at the Lieu dit le Coin above Molines en Queyras. Altitude 2000 metres, south-west orientation.

The apartment offers a maximum of 5 beds (2 adults and 3 children or 5 adults) and includes:
- Entrance
- Equipped kitchen: electric stove with oven and 4 induction hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, sink and worktop, storage, coffee maker, kettle, coffee machine with capsule, raclette machine, toaster.
- 1 bedroom with 140 X 200 cm bed, storage unit and wardrobe.
- 1 mountain corner with 2 bunk beds (90 cm), 1 bed (90 cm), 1 bed (80 cm) and 1 storage sideboard.
Please note Beds with bedding (undersheets, blankets, duvets, pillows) SHEETS NOT PROVIDED - Rental possible with the concierge.
- Living room: table for 6 people, 2 storage cupboards, sofa bed BZ, small table, bookcase and CD, WIFI. TV (SAT channel)
- Separate toilet
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and washing machine.

- Ski locker, bike room, easy parking at the bottom of the building.

- Rental, MINIMUM 7 nights, from Saturday afternoon on arrival to the following Saturday morning. Including hot water and heating. Tourist tax plus €1.50 per night and per adult
Christmas and winter school holidays: 680 € per week
Summer school holidays: €630 per week, €680 between July 14 and August 15
June and September: 595 € per week
Other periods : 420 € per week

Security deposit by cheque of 400 € on arrival. Certificate of holiday insurance required.

Winter: downhill skiing in the Molines / St Véran area (free shuttle nearby) 10 minutes away, ski touring, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding.
Summer: hiking, climbing, trail running, mountain biking, road cycling, white water sports, paragliding, tree climbing...

L'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, conforme à la description. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et se rend disponible pour toutes questions. L'emplacement est idéal pour faire de magnifiques randonnées. Nous reviendrons.

Appartement agréable avec vue sur les cimes

Appartement au dernier étage d’une petite résidence au calme. Bien agencé et équipé. Belle vue depuis le séjour et plus encore le balcon. Accès et stationnement facile. Commerces alimentaires à Molines en Queyras à une dizaine de minutes en voiture. Arrivée flexible. Belles ballades et randonnées à partir du logement.
