2024 Building Upgrades - Both hot tubs replaced and remodeled, exercise room has been remodeled and two brand new elevators have been installed.

Beautifully remodeled 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Beachfront Condo with spectacular direct Gulf views from the 11th floor. The unit overlooks a beautiful sugar sand beach. Expect to see amazing sunrises, dolphin, and other wildlife. Very clean, all new vinyl plank flooring throughout. Newer stainless-steel appliances with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Wake up each day and enjoy the surf rolling in from the Gulf of Mexico while dolphins swim by. Plus, the Phoenix I complex is in the heart of Orange Beach and close to so many restaurants and activities. You'll fall in love with Phoenix I 1117!!!

Since January 2022:
There has only been one maintenance request made for this unit, which was to repair the closet doors in the 2nd bedroom. The old fold out doors have been replaced with new sliding doors. All new HVAC, a new commercial hot water tank, and new high end dishwasher have been installed. All new living room furniture was added in May of 2022. We strive to ensure everything is in working order for your vacation.

Phoenix I 1117 sleeps 5-7 comfortably with a king bed in master bedroom, 1 double and 1 twin bed in guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Interior appointments include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, 3 TVs (living room is a 55” Smart TV, allowing all streaming services, master has 50" Smart TV), washer and dryer, beach front balcony accessible via living room and master bedroom, and high-end cotton linens. The balcony has a table and 4 chairs. Ideal for dining outside, having your morning coffee, or enjoying the views.

Complex Amenities: Solar-heated Outdoor Pool ; Access to Lighted Tennis, Pickleball, and Basketball Courts; Indoor Racquetball Courts; Hot Tubs & Saunas; Fitness Room; Gazebos ;Barbeque Grills; Free Wi-Fi is available for guests in all lobbies and room.

Phoenix I is a smoke-free building, including pool decks, balconies, and other common areas.

Gulf State Park is close by for hiking, biking, beautiful views, and eagle watching.

Parking is limited to two (2) cars per unit.

You will need to visit the Phoenix I front desk to purchase your parking pass(es). As of 1/1/23, Phoenix I is charging $55 (includes tax) for a resort tax, which includes 1 parking pass. This price can change at any time, without notice.

Property Management and Check-In - This property is managed by Alabama Beach Vacation Rentals (ALBRV). They will provide you will keyless check-in so you can head straight to the condo upon arrival.

Orange Beach Stay

The additional amenities of heated pool, hot tub and fitness center were much appreciated. Access to these same amenities in the other buildings was a plus.

Thanksgiving trip

This was a last minute booking and could not have gone better! The condo is roomy and has everything you need, especially if you cook most nights. The condo was clean and comfortable including the beds. The bathrooms and kitchen are nicely updated with a nice big counter for the master bathroom. The heated outside pool is perfect this time of year for our kids. Thank you Tom for a great stay!

First time stay at this facility

I never received the door code until after our arrival. We had to sit in the lobby with luggage and groceries waiting to get the code. One elevator was down so with everyone’s carts with their luggage it took a while to get your turn for the elevator. The kitchen sink leaked. I used kitchen towels to prevent the leak from spreading on the counter. The unit is very clean and nice. I liked the security. Pool was very nice and I enjoyed the Kona ice at the pool. I liked the material used on the walkway to the beach and the multiple hoses to rinse yourself off from the sand.

Perfect family spring break condo

We stayed with our teenage and tween sons over spring break. The condo was perfect. Steps from the beach, amazing ocean view. Clean and well maintained. We loved the decor. If you have teen/tweens bring your toys as there are basketball and racquet ball courts for use. We would definitely stay here again.

We are avid beach lovers from Texas who purchased this condo in August of 2020. We are inching closer to retirement age and love Orange Beach. We recently completed renovating the unit as the entire unit has been painted, all new beautiful vinyl plank flooring added throughout, and all new ceiling fans.

Why they chose this property

We love love love the views and wanted to be in Orange Beach. The water and beach are clean and family friendly. Many days the Gulf water is like glass. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Our management company does a fabulous job maintaining and updating the facility and servicing our guests.

What makes this property unique

We have stayed and many different condos in Florida and Alabama and our desire was to decorate and furnish the unit to be warm, clean, and spacious for our vacationing guests. We don't prefer the over decorated and cluttered units.

All of our amenities are of high quality. We have discarded and replaced kitchen utensils, cups, cookware we would not want to use ourselves. The unit has two large closets in each bedroom if you need a extra storage.

Our goal is for you have a great experience during your stay in Orange Beach. We strive to ensure we are fully transparent on the condition and contents of the condo and provide you with all the details for a great experience.
