Nearly 200 reviews on other sites have us at 4.95 out of 5 stars! Updated in 2019, this adorable and comfortable 1 BR 1 BA apartment even has laundry. The full kitchen does not have a conventional oven but it does have a microwave and countertop convection oven. There is also a gas grill in the private patio area. The master features a king bed. Kids can use the queen pull-out sofabed. This unit is perfect for a party of four or less. Dogs (insurance-approved breeds only) are welcome as there is a small fenced-in patio area for them and you to enjoy. The home is fully stocked with dishes, linens, towels, WIFI, etc. This is one of three units located just steps from private beach access. The back deck features an outdoor shower and a fish or dog cleaning station. Enjoy the sunrise or a launch from one of several deck chairs that look out to the ocean - and the host offers the use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. Our new front patio has a game table and a firepit (No smoking inside the unit, please!)

I've been hosting for more than two years and have a 4.9 overall rating on other sites. Things have slowed after the COVID rush and I am branching out to other hosting sites. This beachside tri-plex is a hidden gem that brings guests back time and time again. We are like family!

All are uniquely updated with beach themes...and all are steps from what has been described as Florida's best-kept secret. Melbourne Beach is quiet, beautiful, full of seaturtles, and surrounded by great local restaurants and shopping.
