This home includes 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, all furnished with the best Revive mattresses and Pottery Barn linens, perfect for a cozy night’s rest. The large open living space allows for ease of entertainment while making dinner in a fully equipped kitchen, conversing on the new couches in the living room, or enjoying a game of pool. Additionally, there is a second living room in the en suite, perfect for a second family to share the property or a private movie night.

This, one-of-a-kind waterfront property offers great lake views where you can relax and unwind while enjoying a dip in the pool or basking in the sunlight on the patio. This is a great location for enjoying the golfing community at the beautiful nearby golf course or take advantage of the short commute to some great shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues in the nearby community. You’ll have such a relaxing and joyous visit, you won’t want to leave.

There will be a book located in the home that will provide all the necessary information you will need to make the most out of your stay. This book includes information regarding the home, contact information, surrounding areas, and a few things to do while you’re visiting.

The home sits on the lake within an intimate, golfing community. Sidestep the arrid Arizona landscapes and enjoy the gorgeous lakeviews, beautiful waterfalls, and lush golfing greens. This is a great location for enjoying the golfing community at the nearby golf course, shopping, dining, and other entertainment venues. There is so much to do, you won’t run out of entertainment opportunities!

Getting Around:
No public transportation within the neighborhood, however, Uber and Lyft is readily available for any transportation needs. Additionally, you are welcome to use the two car garage if you choose to drive or rent a vehicle.

Other Things to Note:
We strive to be the best neighbors of the communities we live in. Please note, our house rules indicate that guests should be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours. To ensure that we are able to maintain our status as a vacation rental, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the house rules. Kindly note, any violation to these rules, as well as complaints from the neighbors or the City may result in a fine, forfeiture of your security deposit, and could lead to immediate eviction at the owner’s discretion.
