Gemütlich 3 - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Wissembourg, this charming apartment of a surface of 63 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a pretty living room of 16 m², a kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

We offer you, in the same residence, 6 other similar properties available for rent!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 16 m² with lounge, TV, a single sofa bed (130*190)
- A separate kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, hotpaltes, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine with dining area.
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) with a wardrobe.
- Bedroom 2: a single sofa bed (130*190) with a wardrobe.
- A shower room, WC

The apartment is ideally located in Wissembourg, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

-Sightseeing: Visit of the city of Wissembourg and its ramparts, visit of the neighboring German villages, traditional villages of the North Alsace....
- Sports activities: Hiking, outdoor swimming pools, Alsace adventure forest,

It’s close to the city center and close to the train station and it was quiet. 🙁 The WiFi didn’t work in the beginning and it took a little to get that settled, but everything else was good."

Gemütlich 3 🙂 Die Wohnung war sehr schön, alles sauber ordentlich. Leider fehlten Kochtöpfe, mit einem Topf kann man außer Eintopf nichts kochen. Das Schlafzimmer Bett bequem. Die Schlafcouch unbequemer durch die Teilung der Matratze. Das Haus ruhig,die Wohnung mit Aussicht zur Straße .Für uns war das nicht schlimm wir sind mehr Verkehr gewohnt.FAZIT : Gemütlich 3 kann ich trotzdem empfehlen .

Les vastes pièces ont été appréciées en particulier l'espace cuisine très grand, et bien confortable. Les petites attentions sont bien agréables (dosettes pour machine à café, produits pour lave-vaisselle et nettoyage etc.) 🙁 l'isolation phonique du logement au niveau des planchers ou plafonds. En fait on entendait des enfants courir dans l'appartement au dessus du nôtre, et de même dans les escaliers. la hauteur de certaines marches des escaliers surtout les premières. C'est là qu'on voit que c'est un habitat ancien rénové. Le couchage de la seconde chambre qui est le même que le canapé du salon. Désagréable à cause des bosses et creux. Problème avec la wi fi, malgré appel téléphonique au référent il n'a pas été possible de l'utiliser. Problème de mise en route du téléviseur et manque de choix dans les chaînes réceptionnées. Même pas TF1."

Gemütlich 3 "Top Preis-Leistung, super für ein Wochenende. 🙂 3 Räume mit Bett sind nicht so leicht zu finden, erst recht nicht für den Preis. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt, ohne dass wir uns vorher auf eine Zeit festlegen mussten. Obwohl das Haus an einer Durchgangsstraße liegt haben wir die Autos nicht gehört, die Fenster sind anscheinend gut isoliert. Matratzen sind gut, wir haben super geschlafen. 🙁 Die Ausstattung ist recht spartanisch und passt nicht zu recht zum Namen. Wir wollten Nudeln kochen und ein Soße dazu machen, die Soße haben wir dann in der Pfanne gemacht, weil es nur einen Topf und eine Pfanne gibt. Leider waren nur 2 Betten bezogen, wir hätten aber 3 gebraucht, Bettzeug war noch da, aber kein Laken und kein Bezug. Alles nicht schlimm, aber eben nicht optimal. Für ein Wochenende völlig ok, für ein Woche würde ich lieber eine etwas besser ausgestattete Ferienwohnung buchen wollen."
