This condo is located at East Vail's Pitkin Creek Park Condominiums just three-and-a-half miles from Vail Village and next to the free town bus service that runs every 15 minutes during the winter season. This suite is recently-remodeled, boasting new bathrooms and a new kitchen with attractive cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops, plus a breakfast bar. The condo has a downstairs bedroom with two bunk beds and an upstairs bedroom with a queen bed. There is a closet off the upstairs bedroom that has a double bed for additional sleeping room, and downstairs you'll find a half bath. The living room's beautiful leather couch folds out into a queen bed. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, with wood provided for your stay, plus a new flatscreen TV. You'll have free WiFi available, and this building is right next to the summer pool and year-round hot tub.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
