About this property

Long Pond Lodge Brantingham

Newly built 3 story camp with rustic charm. Long Pond Lodge features 3 bedrooms (sleeps 12) 3 bathrooms, 3rd floor kitchen, family room, laundry room, outdoor eating/grilling area, fire pit, foosball, air hockey and is located on long pond with a dock with slide included.
Situated on peaceful, un-motorized Long Pond with sandy beach waterfront. Lodge overlooks both Long Pond and Brantingham Lake. Rental includes rights to Brantingham Lake boat launch which is just a short walk down the road. Lodge features window AC in the summer, radiant floor heating, on demand hot water boiler system and a beautiful handcrafted staircase created by local artisans.
Blankets and quilts included. Linens (sheets) available for additional fee. There are 8 house towels for inside only and a washer and dryer if needed.. Don't forget your beach towels to soak up the sun and enjoy the kayaks, paddleboard and swimming.

Separate Pontoon Boat Rental available directly across the street on Brantingham Lake with use of private dock. Check out the website brantinghamboatrentals.com and/or inquire about pricing to Ricky at 315-225-9227.

Awesome place, we enjoyed our stayed. Our kids swam and fished every day and definitely put the provided kayaks to good use. Pontoon boat rental down the street was super easy and the local restaurants were great. As others have mentioned there are a lot of stairs so be prepared for that.

House is beautiful, plan on driving a bit for activities. Has everything you need . It's very much worth the price . Paddle boards & kayaks were a great asset to the pond .

This is a beautiful property on a gorgeous setting. The house is 3 stories with the kitchen being on the third floor. My husband and I are in our late 70's and we did find the stairs to be extremely challenging. The stairs were very well documented in the write up of the property but we thought we would be okay with them. We were not. The same for the steps to the water. There are over 20 steps to get to the water with no railing. I went down twice but found it to be to much for me.The pond is absolutely beautiful. There was no disappointment not being lake side. The water is crystal clear with a small sandy beach. We are a family of 4 generations on this trip. The family had a fabulous time using the kayaks. There is so much provided to have a good time. Bikes, games, corn hole, puzzles, cards.. air hockey and foosball in the giant garage. This is a perfect place for those who like to have a good time.There are 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor on each end of the kitchen. Each room sleeps 5 and are very spacious. One of the bedrooms has a recliner in it which was perfect for the great grandbaby when it was time to nurse. There is a gate at the top of the stairs on the 3rd floor which was great keeping the baby safe. There is a half bath.The first floor is the living room which was lovely. It has a big tv..comfortable furniture and a pub style game table.The second floor has a master bedroom with ensuite and another bathroom.Thank you, Pam!

Guys Weekend

The lodge was awesome, beautiful and clean. It was a great place to spend a weekend with friends. We enjoyed the private backyard and fire pit and had a great time exploring the lake on the pontoon boat

This was an amazing weekend! The location was perfect. It was quiet and beautiful. Pam was very responsive to all our questions. The lodge was very clean. And pretty. However, there are many stairs. The main living area is on the 3rd floor, just in case that is a problem. It wasn't for us and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time! Loved the lake, nice and private! Kayaked daily, played in the sand, bonfires, playing cards at the awesome kitchen table. Loved every minute!!

A hidden gem!

Beautiful property on a quiet pond. Well equipped with kayaks and paddle boards for all of our kids. You can't beat the view. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very much enjoyed the stay. The place was very clean and had everything needed. My only issue is we are getting older and the stairs were alot by the end. Good exercise though ! Landlords are super friendly

Perfect Lake Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property, we rode ATV’s right from the house, went on a day trip to the water park in Old Forge, spent an afternoon at the rock slides, and relaxed with swims in the pond and evening campfires. The house came perfectly equipped and the location is great. Our family had a great stay. Thank you

ATV riding in Tug Hill

Clean & like new, very comfortable we enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice if fire wood was available on site to use with the outdoor fire pit.

House was very clean. The bedroom upstairs had tempurpedic mattresses on it so super comfortable. Beautiful clean outdoor landscape with easy steps down to the lake. The fishing was astounding all you need is a Texas rig and a worm which they sell at the store down the road. Everything was wonderful we have rented many times off of and this was the cleanest house I think I've rented. We are definitely coming back to the area we might have too many people compared to what this house can handle but loved the place.
