On the upper level, there is a huge master suite, with brand new luxury king mattress (one side is firm, the other side is medium, so you can choose your comfort level!) plus small pull out desk and flat screen TV.

The ensuite bathroom, has 2 sinks, tub/shower and bidet toilet.

There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed, and built in desk, the other with a queen bed, built in desk, TV and views of the river. There is a full bathroom, to be shared by these two bedrooms, with beautiful tiled walk in shower.

We have upgraded 1 gigabyte wifi, so everyone can be on their devices, zoom calls, etc with no problems. The cellular service is also great at this location. There are a total of 4 workspaces for all your work remote needs, plus an HP printer. Sonos speakers throughout the house. All TV's are smart TV's, two have Apple TV. We also have a pack and play available.

There is a large outside deck facing the river, with a 6 person hot tub, outdoor couch, large propane fire pit and BBQ. The 2 car garage, leads directly into the family room, with plenty of additional parking, as well.
