Old home character with updated features provides for a great home for your stay. Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom comes complete with all you need to be comfortable. Linens, pillows, and new mattresses in 2017. Kitchen offers a single serve and standard coffee pots, dishes, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, and electric stove. A very nice front porch offers a place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Washer and Dryer, Air Conditioning equipped with a nest thermostat. The property is well taken care of and landscaped.
Access is worry free with keypad entry. There is a small garage with manual garage door operation. Partially finished attic offers potential for additional living space. Rapids in April

I find the accommodation really good. The place is clean, but the construction traffic got busy as soon as the sun came up. It was too chilly to use the porch but would have been ideal if the weather was warmer. One thing I would mention is the shower head. It needs to a smaller head given the size of the shower. The spray is to wide and not getting to my head because I’m short. The internet was disconnected more than was a day so it was disrupted to my work. Other than that I had a god stay and want to thank Zachary for his prompt response.

Last minute find

We needed a place to stay last minute and all hotels were sold out. We found this quaint little home on VRBO. It was an extremely quiet neighborhood even though there was construction right next door! The host was extremely attentive and took care of our needs very promptly.
