In the heart of the Mas de Gigaro estate, about 400 m from the collective pool, house offering on 2 levels a living room - dining room opening onto the terrace, an open kitchen with storeroom; 2 bedrooms with air co and cupboards (1 with double bed 140x190, 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with a window, separate toilettes with window. Numbered free parking space. Free wi-fi.
Acces to the house after about 10 steps down.

Closed and secured domain on 40ha with a collective pool from june to september (10 € / pers. / week + 50 € deposit; free for children under 7 years old), 4 tennis courts (deposit of 100 € then access for 40 € / week on reservation), a club house with free wi-fi access.

Rental house hold linen : 20 € double bed, 10 € single bed, 8 € the set of 2 towels including bath mat and tea towels.

The house is located 900m from the Gigaro beach with its sandy beaches, its coastal path and sea path, its restaurants and mini-market (bakery and international press area); from the Collebasse pass, Ramatuelle is 10mn away, the beaches of l'Escalet less than 15mn and those of Saint Tropez and Pampelonne 20mn away.

Great location, beautiful views, beach nearby

Our first visit. House was the perfect size for the four of us. Fully equipped with everything you need including some things not in the property listing. E,g washing machine, beach umbrellas. Kitchen had everything you need as well including oil, salt, pepper and some cooking ingredients. Better directions to find the house within the development would have been helpful as the estate has 2 entrances. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and will return!
