The location is perfect, just a few steps to beach, pool and a selection of small restaurants. The apartment is mainly suited for 2 people, kitchen is very well equipped for such a small space but it lack working surfaces thus challenging to do regular cooking.The terrace is small and not facing the sea, still nice for early breakfasts or an apéro in the evening. For sea view one can use the big terrace of the vacation complex.The front door is tricky to lock and unlock until you get the hang of it.Sylvie who was responsible for reception was very nice and accommodating.All in all we had a wonderful stay

Sehr schöne Anlage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und Pool, alles sehr sauber. Leider wenig andere Freizeitangebote Fußläufig. Einkäufe etc. musste man alles mit dem Auto erledigen.

tout proche de la belle plage de Pramousquier, la piscine est également tres agreable avec une tres belle vue.le logement est un peu juste pour un couple avec 2 enfants (espace et couverts) et il y avait un petit problème avec la poignée de la porte d entrée, un peu dure à actionner...mais pas de nature à gâcher ce séjour , avec un peu de fraîcheur grâce à la climatisation !

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien équipé et climatisé. Le logement est parfait pour deux adultes et un ou deux enfants.La magnifique piscine a débordement de la résidence et la plage de Pramousquier a 3 minutes à pieds ont fait le bonheur de toute la famille. Nous reviendrons certainement l’année prochaine !

Schöne Wohnung, aber es wurde vom Vermieter nicht mitgeteilt, wo sich die Schlüssel befinden. Tolle Lage, guter Zugang zum super-Strand, tolles Schwimmbad.

Nous avons loué pour 3 nuits ce petit appartement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le site est superbe, la piscine très bien par contre l'appartement est un tout petit peu petit pour 4 personnes, ayant loué d'autre fois ce type de surface il y a là je pense un probleme de conception avec beaucoup d e place perdue dans l'entrée. L'appartement a été refait récemment, il est très bien mais par contre il existe une porte de communication entre cet appartement et l'appartement voisin. Cela peut être utile si vous souhaitez louer une plus grosse surface mais cela a un inconvénient majeur si deux familles différentes louent les 2 gites, vous entendez tout ce que font les autres et vous pouvez suivre toutes leurs conversations! Une meilleure isolation serait le bienvenue. Autre problème, un espace non négligeable sous la porte d'entrée (le jour est largement visible) et les jours de mistral, cela provoque un courant d'air froid plus que désagréable dans l'appartement. Enfin la notice du chauffage/climatisation serait le bienvenue car là encore un peu de chauffage pour compense le froid du mistral aurait été le bienvenue et l'utilisation de cet appareil n'est pas intuitive. Quelques rangements en plus dans le salon pour poser livres/appareils photos/jeux des enfants et quelques couverts/assiettes de plus (au moins 8 pour pouvoir faire 2 repas à 4 sans lancer le lave vaisselle) amélioreraient également l'appartement. Bon honnêtement pour le site le gite est très intéressant mais je ne relouerai pas dans ces conditions pour une semaine. Dommage. Honnétement

Merci pour vos observations J ai fait changer la porte d' entrée et il n y a plus d' espace dessous pour l infiltration de l' air. Au sujet du fonctionnement de la clim/chauffage la personne qui vous a accueilli aurait du vous expliquer cela , desolé. La porte communicante se fait entre les 2 cuisines et peut etre que lors des repas si vos voisins sont bruyants et qu il ne fait pas assez beau pour manger sur la terrasse cela peut etre dérangeant, je vais voir ce que je peux faire a ce niveau : J ai installé un rideau d isolation phonique dans le sas entre les 2 portes . J'espère que céla sera suffisant. Toujours dans un souci d amélioration Bien a vous Stephane
