Proximité de la plage de Vallière, de la piste cyclable

Appartement toutes commodités avec grande baie vitrée exposée ouest face aux arbres. Boulevard passant en journée. Proximité de 250 m avec la plage de Vallière jouxtant celle de Royan. Accès rapide en centre ville à 5mn en vélo avec quatre vélos (3 VTC avec panier, 1 VTT) mis à disposition.
