In the district of Esserts, in a quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: garden 80 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Grocery 3.5 km, restaurant, café, bus stop 300 m, thermal baths 4 km. Ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 3.5 km, cross country ski track 3.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz.

Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room, without window with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with dining nook. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: gallery with cable TV, flat screen, video, hi-fi system and DVD. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.
