The newly built holiday home situated on an old farm offers rest and relaxation looking for you and your family.

The fringed by tall trees agricultural estate, with views across the fields, at a dead end. Furnished in a modern country style house can accommodate 4 + 1 persons and was completed in the summer of 2012. On two floors (about 90 square meters) you will find lovingly arranged by the owner cookies, invite you to linger.

Ranging from the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, on the cozy children's corner to the washing machine this house leaves no wish unfulfilled.

Outside the front door is your own parking lot, your wheels can be in a lockable?Baren room keep them safely.

Just above the living / dining area you come in her beautiful, sunny garden with extensive views over fields and meadows. Here is enough space to play, grilling and relaxing.

Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Frau Prümm sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Draußen konnten die Kinder mit Tretautos fahren und kamen auch auf ihre Kosten. Ausflugsziele sind von der Unterkunft aus schnell zu erreichen und Frau Prümm gab uns noch gute Tipps, wo wir mit den Kindern längere Spaziergänge machen können. Alles in Allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Mega toll!

Ein wunderschönes blitzsauberes Häuschen in einer Traumlage. Alles was Niedersachsen ausmacht an Landschaft und drumherum. Sind sehr sehr sehr dankbar und glücklich und zufrieden! Liebe wunderbare Gastgeberin. Volle Empfehlung!

Es war sehr schön :)

Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur weiterempfehlen! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man kann sich einerseits wunderbar in der schönen und ruhigen Umgebung entspannen, andererseits stehen einem auch unzählige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Die Kinder sind durch die vielen vorhandenen Spielmöglichkeiten voll auf ihre Kosten gekommen. Frau Prümm ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die einem jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung steht und gerne weiterhilft. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gab an allen Fenstern Insektenschutzgitter, was gerade im Sommer sehr wichtig ist. Durch die Sonnenrollos in den Schlafzimmern findet man auch an den langen Tagen sehr gut Schlaf. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit und würden dieses tolle Ferienhaus jederzeit wieder besuchen!

Einfach super

Der Aufenthalt in Hünzingen war super! Frau Prümm hat einfach an ALLES alltagswichtige gedacht! Vom Salzstreuer über scharfe Messer bis hin zu Wäscheklammern...es blieben keine Wünsche offen! Das Haus ist sehr gut geplflegt und sehr gemütlich! Dass die Kinder draußen so toll spielen konnten ist ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt!
