Balcony, tv, 150m², Pralognan-la-Vanoise
The Auguste Village house has been entirely renovated in 2022 in the listed village of La Croix, 2 km from Pralognan-La-Vanoise. The atypical layaout over 3 levels is located 3 km from the ski lifts, shops and the center of Pralognan. In winter, a shuttle makes 4 daily trips to the center of the resort. You can access in front of the chalet to "unload" your car, but the communal car park (50 m away) is located at the entrance to this hamlet... Here everything is done on foot! Surface area : about 150 m². Orientation : South. Level 0 : Separated WC. Shower room. Balcony. Level 1 : Bedroom with 4 bunk beds. Bedroom with double bed. 2 bedrooms with double bed, shower room. 2 Separated WC. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer. Shower room with shower. Level 2 : Living room. Open-plan kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge-freezer. Separated WC. Balcony. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
