Lovely property!

Enjoyed the screen porch…love the sound of the waves. Wish the view had been more open to the ocean but, still very nice. Quiet complex. Bed was comfortable.

Wonderful Week at the Beach

Enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach. The elevator was a definite plus for loading and unloading our stuff, since everyone in our group is over 65.

really great location

The house overall was very nice and the beach access and views can't be beat. We did have a mishap with the house because there was some new updates that caused a flooring issue that ended up causing trouble for my toddler son and our trip. I believe this was a one time thing, and the property managers did fix it while we were there and were prompt to respond, although it was a pretty big disappointment in an otherwise excellent house.

Peaceful Short Weekend

We were looking for a nice quiet getaway for the weekend and we were not disappointed. Very clean, had everything we needed and is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Beach access was very nice as well. Highly recommend.

We Needed a Little Beach Time

We were pleased with this Vrbo and loved Atlantic Beach. The grocery and most restaurants were a car ride away, but the DQ was across the street. Nice beach chairs made our time on the beach comfortable. A great place to put your toes in soft sand and take long beach walks.

Perfect Besties Beach Weekend

Stayed at this property for a week with my bestie. Very clean and comfortable. I loved that the second bedroom had a queen-sized bed in it. Easy walk to the beach and drive to restaurants.

The property was just as described! There was a slight issue with a closet door but Amy and Jason were very responsive. The beach was a short walk away and the pool is extremely convenient. Jason and Amy were great to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Breaking away to the last resort

Beautiful location and views. Amenities limited but well maintained. Short stroll to the beach. Home is clean and has everything a guest could need or want. Complimentary water, coffee and parking passes a nice touch.

Week of the 4th

We stayed here last year as well, Jason had updated the appliances since last year. It was a nice surprise since there was nothing wrong with the previous ones :-). Really enjoyed our stay Jason was always ready to communicate and our vacation went off without a hitch. It's a beautiful location with a view of the ocean and a swimming pool right outside. We will definitely stay again.

We spent four days at this property, and the owners were gracious enough to rent it between Thursday and Monday. The unit was immaculate, and was perfect for my wife and myself, having extra room to spread out. Beautiful view of the ocean from the screened in porch and easy to get around the property. Summer escape

We had a wonderful time staying here. The condo is exactly as advertised. The place is very clean and cozy. It’s close to everything in AB and just a short walk over the dunes to the ocean. You have a view of the ocean and pool area from the back. Also, the place is right around the corner from the elevator which makes up and down adventures easy. The owners are very cordial and accommodating. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great July 4th week

We have a family reunion every year on the week of the fourth. We only had 45 folks this year, (just to be clear I was the only one at the condo):-) The condo was clean, great location, beautiful view of the ocean and pool from the living room and master bedroom. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond, I highly recommend it and I’ve already booked for next year!

We spent years vacationing at Island Beach & Racquet Club and think it is the ideal location with its close proximity to shopping and restaurants yet it provides a relaxing escape.
