Welcome to Boutique Beach Retreat, your stylish and convenient vacation rental property located in the heart of Treasure Island, Florida and across the street from the beach! Our property features eleven custom-designed rooms with modern amenities such as air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. You'll also have access to a variety of on-site amenities including a heated pool, commercial grill, and on-site coin laundry facilities. We even offer free beach chairs and umbrellas on a first come first served basis, to make your beach days amazing!

Our location across the street (and one block away) from Treasure Island Beach offers easy access to our beautiful white sand (great for digging your toes into) local restaurants, shops, and attractions. Treasure Island Beach, John's Pass, Madeira Beach, St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach are all popular tourist destinations located close by in Pinellas County, Florida. All linens are professionally washed and dried at high heat temperatures. All high touch surfaces, such as knobs, handles, remotes, appliances, and lamps are disinfected.

*Guests who sneak in additional guests or pets, or who stay beyond the check-out time will be charged a minimum $100 fee.

*Property is equipped with exterior security cameras (only). This is to protect our guests and our property as well as aid in the contactless self check-in/check-out process for our guests. Cameras are not monitored on a continuous basis.

IMPORTANT NOTICE : There are absolutely NO PARTIES & NO SMOKING inside the property allowed. Guests who do so will forfeit their deposit. Quiet hours start at 11 pm until 7 am. Please respect the other guests and the quality of their stay.
