Coastal Waters is a classic 1950s Florida vintage hotel. Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors.

It was recently converted to condos in January of 2021. The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area so no more propane tanks and digital wifi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in!

This fun little one bedroom is located on the corner of the first floor, steps to the pool, with a great view over the property to the ocean.

With 12-foot-high ceilings and a ton of natural light, the living space feels roomy and airy.

The small kitchenette is supplied with all the basics to help you prepare simple meals and includes a high-top table that can expand to seat 4.

Sleep comfortably on the king sized bed in the bedroom or the twin sized pull out couch in the living room, both of which have Smart TVs so you can relax after the sun goes down.

Coastal Waters is located at 3509 S Atlantic Avenue at the intersection of South Atlantic and 26th avenue in New Smyrna Beach.

We love to get guest feedback to make improvements every month to our units which come in three styles - 2 bedroom 2 baths; 1-bedroom kitchenette and studio. The one bedroom’s have kitchenettes with a cute small stove and refrigerator so you can make meals in the unit. The two bedrooms have full kitchens. Each unit has its unique character and features providing a fun beach vibe.

Most importantly, the property has a private gated beach entrance. The entrance is right next to the 26th avenue access point giving you the option to walk north with the cars or go south where vehicles can no longer follow. Best of both!
