Typical and cocooning T2 of 40 m² with kitchen open to living room (Wifi Fiber Optic, sofa bed, TV, chromecast ...), a large bedroom with a Queen Size bed (and a child's bed - umbrella - if needed), a dedicated workspace, a large closet, a bathroom with toilet, shower and towel dryer.

You will be able to do everything on foot: notably 2 markets of fresh and local products, the addresses of the most popular restaurants and caterers in Raphaël, but also 2 supermarkets in order to take advantage of the kitchen equipment (induction, oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, ...).
Although in the center of the city, you will spend your nights in a quiet place. The accommodation is located on the 3rd and last floor without elevator overlooking a garden and a river, all with mosquito nets on the windows.

You will stay only 6 minutes walk from the Veillat Beach, 8 minutes from the Fréjus Beach, 4 minutes from the Old Port, 8 minutes from the Bonaparte Garden and 10 minutes from the Borne Route du Mimosa. The OUIGO TGV station, the bus station and the parking lot are 3 minutes away. Possibility to park the car in front of the apartment to unload your luggage.

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural city as well as a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city offers a wide variety of landscapes and activities and is divided between the old town, the various ports and the beaches. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes. With all the pleasures of water activities such as sailing, swimming, fishing and diving, walks along the water, as well as a maritime archaeological museum. You will also be able to discover many cultural places such as the old town, the Romanesque church of Saint-Rafeu, the Basilica of Notre-Dame de la Victoire or the Bonaparte garden.
