The blue of the sea as far as the eye can see, all the shops and amenities at a 2 minutes walking distance, and all boat excursions to the islands of Guadeloupe at 50m. Access to the beach at less than 5 minutes' walk and direct access to the old port surf spot across the street.
Apartment with sea view, 60 sqm on the 1st floor (2nd floor for US standards), terrace 10 sqm, can accommodate 2 adults (baby bed on request).
Drinking water tank of 300L(ACS Cistern), equipped kitchen, laundry room (washing machine), air-conditioned bedroom, bathroom, and separate toilet.
