Host was responsive to inquiries. Smooth check-in. No ice-maker or ice trays in freezer which seemed odd, but the full kitchen is always nice when staying on vacation. Clean, comfortable, affordable!

Everyone at the desk was so friendly. The facilities are dated. We were excited for the water slides and didn’t know they weren’t open (lots of construction going on around the pool area). The kitchen didn’t have much tools to use. It did say to call for needed items but that seemed a bit of a hassle. A kitchen towel would be helpful to just have there. We had no where to put clean dishes as they were drying.

Great vacation spot!

We had a great stay at Fantasy World! My family of 5 and our little Boston Terrier dog had plenty of room to rest and relax after hitting the parks all day. Plenty of restaurants nearby and there were lots of amenities at the resort. We hit the gym, swam in the pool, and enjoyed the hot tub. The mini golf was a lot of fun as well! The resort staff were very responsive and helped us anytime we had a need. I would recommend this host and location!Devin

We had a great stay at this 2-bedroom townhouse in Orlando! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The pools were a big highlight—very enjoyable and well-maintained. The location was perfect—just minutes from the Convention Center and close to all the major attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Good Stay-Know what you're getting

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised. The only thing I would tell people is that the property is older and the furniture and carpet are a little dated. We didn't care about these things and the condo had everything we wanted and needed for a reasonable price. The pool area was nice. Two good waterslides and a lazy river were included. There were other free activities like mini golf and basketball/tennis courts we didn't use. If you can live with older furniture and fixtures it's a decent value and a good location. We didn't mind at all but some people might. My only other nitpick is that I wish the kitchen was more well stocked with utensils and maybe a baking sheet. We cook a lot of our own food on vacation but we got by. Good place for us!

Spring break with Grandma

I vacationed with two teenage grandsons and my daughter. The resort was great. The accommodations were ok. We like to make meals. There were 5 forks only. 5 dinner plates, no lunch plates, no cooking knives, no dish towels, no corkscrew. We bought a couple dish towels and a cork screw to use and left them there. One pan, one small pot one large pot. No tea kettle. The toaster was crap. There are so many thrift stores around that have so much better things. The kitchen could be restocked for not much money. If we come back, we will ask for a better equipped kitchen.

No fun zone at pool

Families want to splash, play, toss balls when on vacation in the pool. None of this was allowed? Staff would come out and politely tell guests to stop those activities. Maybe it’s a liability issue? I’ve stayed at over 30 resorts and have never had this happen. Older resort with some wear and tear in the room. However our accommodations were clean and well maintained. Pool area, bar/restaurant, game room and restrooms were clean and well maintained. Overall value was excellent and met our needs.

No Kleenex, tiny pillows. Showers need to be updated. No exhaust in upstairs bathroom. We used the washer and dryer, the dryer wasn’t working so I checked the lint trap. It was empty but the vent was completely block. I tried pulling as much out as possible.

Fun trip

The condo was very nice and clean. Loved all the mirrors! Especially because it was a girl weekend! What really put a damper on our stay was the slides were shut down on the nicest day we were there.

I'd Avoid

Vistas/Condos NEED UPDATES. The furniture is outdated, walls are stained, and the carpet is old, stained, and smells. The vents are not cleaned and have cobwebs. Beds are very uncomfortable. Master Bed had major dip in the middle. Stains on our bedding and could've been maintained much better. The resort itself was Nice. The pools were warm and kept nice and tidy. Most of the Kids activities mentioned on website had extra charges not included in our stay. Automatic 18% tip on all pool bar purchases.

Overall the stay was great. We had all the amenities for a family friendly space. The water slides were the kids favorite. My only complaint is the bar food was not great and our master bed was squeaking. Staff was friendly. Would stay here again. Really close to Disney parks. They need better shuttle times tho.

Place needs serious TLC

This place can use some serious TLC The unit didn’t feel or looked clean. The deck screen is ripped so you can’t really stay out at night without having tons of mosquitos around you. I was sad to see how things are getting broken and not fixed. Example: the coffee maker lid was broken, the drawer on the night stand would not shut, the light switches do not work so you have to pull the fan and light cord to turn the lights on and off in The bedrooms . The kitchen has a bare minimum of utensils… The management of the place seems very poor to me. As a nightly rental owner, I was amazed with the lack of care, maintenance, cleaning and utensils in the place. The pool is fun but since the units looked not taken care of, it made me wonder how clean the pool was… I am very sorry to say that We are not coming back.

Wont be coming back

Check in process was good, clerk was very friendly. Upon arrival to the room, a plunger was on the terrace so I immediately thought there may be clogging issues and sure enough that’s what we experienced with the downstairs bathroom but my husband is handy and fixed it. Found half eaten chip in front of the tv so doesn’t seem like it was cleaned well. The floor were really dirty upstairs, tons of dust that my son and I coughed a lot. Worst of all, we found 4 live German roaches in the bathrooms and 2nd room, totally disgusting. The decor of the home was tacky and old florida style - the couches were super uncomfortable we couldn’t even watch tv more than 45 mins just to relax. The shower curtains were ripped and towels were old and falling apart. The amenities were nice. The pool and water slides were great, my kids really enjoyed it. I wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend.
