About the host

I grew up in Montana, exploring the great outdoors. I have raised my 5 children on 4-wheelers, fishing poles, hometown community and hospitality. I hope to share a few of my adventures with our guests. I have some great ideas for things to see and do in the surrounding area, so reach out for suggestions.

Why they chose this property

The privacy and serenity is hard to beat. We live just a few short minutes away, so it's a great place to have a second home where our friends and family can stay when they come to visit. It's easy for us to keep an eye on things and make sure that our guests' needs are met.

What makes this property unique

Very secluded location to explore- ATV/snow mobile trails, snowshoeing, hiking, and fishing. 4 blue ribbon trout streams and many rivers in the area. Close enough to convenience stores and shopping, yet far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. You're surrounded by nature- wildlife (deer, elk, birds, etc.) and mountain terrain painted with colorful flowers in the spring and green trees year round. Breathtaking views of the valley and Clark Fork river below. We offer kayaks and bow & arrows, and in the winter- Hammerhead runner sleds for rent. We also offer pantry stocking, catering and massage services. Within a few hours drive from Glacier and Yellowstone national parks; Georgetown, Flathead and Seeley lakes.
Plumbing is on a septic system (no garbage disposal). Solar panels provide power, along with a back-up generator, which will run when necessary. Three propane tanks run the appliances, etc. Please assure that they are not disturbed. Instructions will be given on when and how to operate gas fireplace and mini-splits for max efficiency.
We have 2 air mattresses and a portable crib available upon request at the time of booking.
We welcome service animals- please disclose upon requesting to book. To protect the rights of legitimate service animals, we request proof of service provided and medical referral documentation upon booking. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
We can arrange various activities/services- pantry stocking, rentals, catering, massage, etc. with local businesses to increase your enjoyment. If you need some ideas about what to see and do, please let us know. We're happy to offer suggestions.
If you have a request please let us know at booking so that we can do our best to fulfill it.
We look forward to helping you make the most of your Montana adventure.
