The accommodation
Ideally located in La Foux d'Allos, during the winter season, you will only have to walk a few metres to reach the ski slopes of the fabulous Espace Lumière du Val d'Allos. Indeed, it is located about a hundred metres from the Ubac lift (Arnica/Tetras slopes)

And for the return? What could be more pleasant than arriving directly from the slopes, at the foot of the chalet, and collecting your equipment in a cosy and spacious ski room, perfectly equipped to allow you to leave the next day in the best conditions with dry and hot clothes.

This prestigious chalet of 350m2, completely new, offering top-of-the-range services and decorated with care, has been designed to offer you relaxation, warmth, refinement and comfort, all plunging into an enveloping panoramic view of the resort of La Foux d'Allos.

The chalet can accommodate up to 16 people. But with its spacious and comfortable common living areas, its bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet, its fully equipped kitchen (including 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers), its wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi), your stay in this prestigious chalet will offer you easy moments of conviviality while preserving the privacy and tranquility of everyone as desired.

A few minutes from the resort, you will find in the resort of La Foux d'Allos all the shops and living spaces that you will need and want during your stay (supermarket, restaurants, bars, tobacconist, press, pharmacy, cinema, bakery...)

The chalet has 3 levels with, on each level, an lift access and an entrance door.

*On the ground floor:
- The ski room
- The wellness area (sauna, jacuzzi, shower)
- The laundry area (washing machine and dryer)

*On the 1st floor:
- 3 bedrooms equipped with 160 cm beds, each with its own bathroom and toilet
- A dormitory, which can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, equipped with 90 and 140 beds, also has its own bathroom (2 showers, 4 sinks) and separate toilets as well as a dressing room.
- The 3 bedrooms and the dormitory have access to a south-facing terrace.
- An office/television area
- A "guest" toilet

*On the 2nd floor:
- The common living space: a living room with its essential fireplace and a dining room. A spacious, comfortable and warm set equipped with huge bay windows offering a breathtaking view of the resort and giving access to a second terrace still facing south.
- The fully equipped kitchen (including 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers as well as all the necessary equipment and utensils to accommodate 14 guests)
- The dining table can comfortably seat up to 12 people and the central kitchen island up to 5 people.
- A master bedroom, equipped with a 180 cm bed, with its own bathroom (shower, bath, double sink and toilet) and its own dressing room, and also privileged access to the terrace.

Traveller access
Passengers will not have access to certain technical rooms, which are identified and locked.

You will be received by a concierge company.
Mandatory cleaning fee to be paid on site = 510€ ((350€ cleaning + 160€ linen)

During your stay, a cleaning service and change of linen is possible. To be booked in advance, rates on request.
A rental contract must be signed and a certificate of civil liability will be requested, as well as a copy of an identity document.
