SLEEP DANS LA RUE. UN CAUCHEMAR À NIORT.

C’EST UNE GROSSE ARNAQUE !!! On a réservé cet appartement pour 5 nuits et NOUS N’AVONS JAMAIS PU ENTRER dans cet appartement. Entrée autonome, le propriétaire NE NOUS A JAMAIS ENVOYÉ LES CODES. On a essayé de le joindre par tel, par mail et autre. Impossible de le joindre il ne répond pas. C’est seulement à la fin du séjour, le jour de votre départ à 9h49 c’est à dire 1h avant le check-out, qu’il vous envoie les codes d’entrée. Il vous envoie ça sans scrupule. Comme si de rien était alors que ça fait 5 nuits qu’on dort chez des amis qui heureusement n’habitent pas loin de Niort. Ensuite me fais comprendre que c’est moi qui me suis trompée d’appartement (“ça s’appelle pas globe trotteur mais calliopé”). En gros c’est de ma faute si j’ai pas reçu les codes car j’ai pas cité le bon appartement par sms. Je me suis battu pendant 2 semaines avec abritel pour me faire rembourser et je peux vous dire que c’est très compliqué. Abritel de leur côté essayait de joindre le propriétaire sans succès. Il leur a répondu seulement à la fin du séjour. Aujourd’hui j’ai été remboursé. Mais on dépenser de l’essence et péages pour rien du tout. On venait de paris et ca fait de la trotte. Si ça ne vous dérange pas de réserver pour ne jamais entrer et passer ses journées à se justifier auprès d’abritel pour leur prouver votre bonne foi, alors cet appartement est pour vous. Je ne recommande pas du tout!!! Ni cet appartement, ni tous les appartements de cet agence (Votre Escale).
