This penthouse condo offers a loft/family room area providing greater room to spread out and relax, also a balcony with an expansive view of the ocean and beach directly below.

If you are visiting from abroad and not renting a car, we can facilitate transportation from the airport. We can also arrange day trips and tours.

However, we encourage you to secure a vehicle, because it will give you the freedom to explore the surrounding areas.

Away from town

South of Jacco, we went one night to eat in Jacco, but we preferred the quiet condo on the beach and cooked in the rest of the nights. The condo was clean, located in a nice neighborhood, grocery right across the street and the beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent

Easy to find and a short walk to the market and several restaurants. The property was a very good value and a stunning view. Away from the hustle and bustle of Quepos and Jaco but close enough to enjoy both. Close access to great hiking, waterfalls, kayaking and food. Stunning sunsets right from the balcony. The owner/manager was very accessible and responsive when needed and property staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful beach condo

We loved the security and location. On the beach and across the street from many restaurants. The listing said 3 bedrooms, however one bedroom was the shared living space with a futon and no closet. Also there was no oven. The views were amazing and the beach was so clean. Recommend staying here.

Beautiful and relaxing

This place was perfect for us to explore Costa Rica for the first time. The gated community felt safe and those we met were very friendly. The expansive beach allowed for long walks and close proximity to the town centre made groceries and restaurants accessible by foot. Our host checked in to make sure all was well and responded to questions quickly. There was only 2 of us so we had plenty of space and all the amenities needed.

Great Place and Location

Ive been to Costa Rica close to 25 times now and over the last few years have made a stop at the beach in the "Esterillos" area as part of many of our trips. Ive stayed at a number of places over the years. Have to say this one is going to go to the top of our list. The facilites are great, secure and just a really nice place to stay. We will most certainly be staying here again in the future.

Fantastic beach front condo with an amazing view

Great place to stay, clean and well kempt. Fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. The loft was a fun little area for my teenagers to have their own space. We often had the beach pretty much to ourselves. And when we got tired of the sand we could still cool off in the 5 pools. Would love to visit again.
