The location was very convenient to all of the attractions. The property needs a face lift and many small repairs. Also do not arrive within the first hour of check in or the last hour before check out. The parking situation for loading and unloading is a nightmare.

The place was dated and some minor things needs to be addressed for instance the drier makes a loud noise and takes for forever to dry clothes . The living room tv needs instructions how to work it properly. You need more than 4 wash cloths to the room Over all it was a nice place I would stay again .

Decent property but poor housekeeping

The hotel was fine but slightly run down. Our only real problem with the property was the cleanliness/housekeeping. It looked as if the unit had had a quick 5 minute clean before we checked in. We had to wipe down the counters ourselves because there was spills still on them. We did not receive housekeeping during our stay, due to Covid-19 protocols. That was understandable, but we were supposed to be able to call for towels if we needed and we could rarely get someone to answer the call. When we did, we had to stay in our room to meet the housekeeper with towels and they never showed up. We had to go to the front desk and complain the next day to get towels. Additionally, they left us with one roll of toilet paper, two servings of coffee and no extra trash bags for 3 people staying for 5 days. It was a hassle to get any extra of these items.

We decided to share my bday vacation with the kids this time and as expected...we had a blast! We had room 1831, it was so clean and the private balcony did not disappoint. The shower was amazing, nice water pressure. The living room tv was broken when we checked in but one simple phone call to the front desk and maintenance was at our room no less than 5 minutes with another tv, changed it out quickly and was out of our hair. Wonderful hotel, wonderful room everything was great!

Nice rooms, not many amenities on site

The room we had (1831) was a 1 bedroom that slept 6. It was spacious, good size bathroom, nice size kitchen, washer and dryer in the room which was so convenient. The view was one of the best parts, such a beautiful view. Decently clean, we have had some bad experiences in the past at other locations so we always do a quick run-thru cleaning we when check-in now anyway. The cons I would say was definitely the sleeper sofa was not comfy at all, actually hurt a little which made for not so good rest. The dryer didn’t dry well and the stacked washer/dryer unit seemed to take so long to do a load. Also, they only have about 2 regular pools (one inside and one outside), a very small kiddie pool that I think was about 1ft, a lazy river that had maybe 2 floats for everyone to use and one small hot tub. I think they try to make up for this by the extra off-site deals, which in my opinion are pretty great deals. One is free breakfast buffet for your entire party. The food was decent and our waitress was SO nice! They also offer free putt-putt for your entire party (across the street beside the breakfast place), free access to one of two waterparks( they weren’t open during our stay so we weren’t able to take advantage of this), as well as discounts and promotions at other locations. Check-in was a breeze, and the clerk was friendly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t mind returning for a future stay. If they were able to expand on their pools/ on-site amenities, this place would likely be our go-to spot every time in Myrtle Beach, SC!!

Horrible customer service, couldn't get checked in until 2 hours after check in because the room wasn't clean (they promised to compensateus but didn't), half the staff was rude, room was still dirty when we got to it, requested a low floor but we were out on the 18th floor, couldn't get clean towels for two days (had to wash our own in the room), killed roaches in the room. Will not be back.

Close to the convention center. Loved the free breakfast. Pools were awesome. Parking deck was across the street and filled up. Had to go further to park in the rain! Room was very dusty but otherwise clean.

Great location, the heated pool was great for the spring night but it was crowded with kids. Our check in was at 4 but even after getting there at 5 we still had to wait an hour to get our room. Room was very nice and the balcony had a great view. Would definitely recommend
