When you're not crashing waves on a surfboard or building sandcastles with the kids, kick back in the living room's corner couch to watch a good movie or show on the mounted flatscreen TV while cooling off under the central AC. Challenge a friend to a game at the pool table then head into the full kitchen to get started on tonight's home-cooked masterpiece. Featuring lots of open space, the kitchen is loaded with ample cookware and plenty of counter space with an island to help make your meal a joy to prepare.

The enclosed yard is a great place to spread out for an evening of quiet stargazing with a loved one, and you'll have two verandas plus a gazebo overlooking the beachfront to enjoy as well. Head down to the beach for an afternoon of kayking then spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower. The private washer/dryer will knock out everyone's laundry, so you can afford to pack light for this vacation! When it's time to wrap up for an evening, you'll have four bedrooms to take advantage of. The first and second bedrooms each have two double beds, while the third and fourth rooms both enjoy two twins each. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

You'll have lots of terrific restaurants nearby like F&B, Sea Ranch, Cafe On The Beach, Painted Marlin Grille, The Meatball Cafe, and Daddy's Seafood & Cajun Kitchen, not to mention the best tacos on the island at Mahi Nic. Want to get out on the water? Head over to Danny B Fishing Charters, just a half-mile west, to catch your daily limit of speckled trout, flounder, black drum, redfish, and tarpon. They'll even take you out for a spectacular dolphin tour! There is excellent shopping at Isla and Rica clothing stores. Check out the summer evening fireworks at Laguna Bob's or enjoy a margarita at sunset from Tequilas Sunset. Explore some other local attractions such as Sea Turtle Inc., Isla Blanca Park, or Gravity Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
