Fantastic 3 bedroom, sleeps 7, with private, heated pool, steps to the water.

(Permit 2015-710262) You just found the perfect retreat. Master has a king bed, guest room has a trundle bed which can be used separately or together as a king bed, and extra room has a futon and bunk beds. Every room has a TV with streaming services. Private swimming pool, full-sized kitchen, cooking area and grill downstairs. One side of house has 4-hole putting green, other side of house has a small sport court with basketball area. Convertible pool table/ping-pong table, full-size washer and dryer, board games and an alarm system. This lovely house has everything you need to enjoy your stay at SPI.

This is truly a VRBO that you can just show up and have a great time. The house is fully equipped with everything you need making your vacation less stressful. The property is centrally located to everything on the island and is furnished with entertainment for both the younger kids and grown ups. We would definitely rent again!

House was amazing!! My kids loved the pool and my son enjoyed playing basketball. Having our own private backyard was super relaxing and allowed everyone to do their own thing. 10/10 recommend.

We loved San Padre island as a destination - driving the truck onto the beach is a real wow for a Brit as you can’t really do that in our country. The house is well located but would suggest is comfortable for up to 4 people staying - any more than that would be too cramped unless you have young children. We toured Texas for three weeks and this was our recharge week and it worked a treat. Thank you

Wonderful Family Vacation!

We stayed here for a wonderfully relaxing 5 nights. It had all the amenities needed for a beach/pool/eat/repeat type vacay. Highly recommend getting a golf cart for the course of your stay.

Great place to stay

Check in was easy and the host was responsive. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely recommend :)

Wonderful and beautiful house!

I have stayed here 3 times over the past 7 years and it never disappoints. It is my families favorite place to stay. Clean and well maintain with a beautiful backyard the kids LOVE! great location and and will be back next summer!

The back room air conditioner is leaking inside the house. This needs to be looked into. I contacted the owner directly on the matter. The front door needs better instructions on how to lock. We looked it up on the internet and figured it out but it needs to be included in the house instructions. Otherwise, great place to stay. Thanks

Great vacation home

Great place to kick back after adventuring on the island. The house is cozy, comfortable and relaxing. We really enjoyed the pool area in the backyard. Highly recommend it.

This home was outstanding. Beautiful inside and out. The utilization of space could not have been any better. My family and I enjoyed all of the amenities. It was very clean and stocked with just about anything you would need. The host was also very helpful and responsive to any questions I had.
