With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

I love the pool, easy beach access, the free breakfast was delicious. Sad they don't do free putt putt. The room was dirty. The halls were dirty. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful only had one on the night shift that was not very nice.

GREAT STAY AND EXPERIENCE

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, I had a wonderful experience. The area discount cards and other on site amenities were excellent. The free breakfast was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed the full buffet. Great food, great staff. I would highly recommend this this resort to others, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the 5 days we stayed there I told them over a 10000 time I asked for change to wash and dry my clothes and the Lady at the front desk got a attitude

Exactly as advertised

Can't beat the location. It is directly facing the beach and had a beautiful view from our balcony. It also is about an 8 minute drive from Broadway that has a lot of great activities, such as PopStroke and restaurants. The room is exactly as advertised in terms of size and amenities promised. Breakfast included is typical and the parking is across the street. My only complaint was our sink seemed to be a bit clogged, so wouldn't drain quickly. Otherwise, would definitely recommend!

Our Ocean front room was very nice, Beds slept comfortably, only thing was I hate those small bathrooms but was still really nice, breakfast buffet at Magnolias every morning was excellent We really like the Carolinian as long as they keep their prices down - weekend was very affordable with breakfast Good location We’ll definitely stay again! Love it

Nice Accommodations

We enjoyed a weekend stay at the Vacasa property. The room was overall clean, equipped with normal room amenities. We had a gorgeous oceanfront view from our room/ balcony. Property staff was courteous and showed concerned for their guests. The property even provided complimentary breakfast at a local restaurant for each day of our stay and also a discount voucher for surrounding dining and attractions. The only issue we had during our stay was trying to figure out how turn on/off the water for the bath/shower; it was a little tricky.
