Beach Front Condo Newly Renovated

Longboat Key second floor beach-front condo, with two bedrooms, additional bonus room, two full bathrooms, breathtaking views, and a private pool. The condo was fully renovated and is completely updated with new appliances. Large lanai with an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico, spectacular sunset. New hurricane-rated sliding doors and new windows. The condo includes a washer and dryer and wifi.
The large screened lanai is newly tiled and is furnished with a table and chairs. The view is breathtaking. Pictures don't lie.

The Main Room includes a Dining and a Living room. The living room has wide sliding doors that open into the lanai and the view of the living room is amazing.

Kitchen: fully equipped, new fridge, microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, and various appliances.

The Master Bedroom has sliding doors that lead to the lanai with an amazing view of the beach. It is furnished with a brand new king-size bed and foam mattress. There is a large walk-in closet and a bathroom.

The Second Bedroom has windows overlooking the back, is furnished with two twin beds that can be brought together to make a single Kind size bed, or kept separate, large walk-in closet and full bathroom with a shower.

Bonus room: there is a small outpouching off the kitchen with a window that has a trundle daybed and can accommodate two additional guests. The room is fully enclosed with a door that opens to the hallway and a door that opens to the kitchen.

Bath towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a canopy are all provided.

SEA PINES is an intimate (4 building, 28-unit, 2-story), well-managed, newly gated complex in the northern end of Longboat Key with a private pool and direct access to the beach. It's within walking distance to very nice restaurants, and a short bike ride or drive to Anna Maria Island and Coquina Beach, Leffis Island preserve, and many restaurants and shops. Saint Armand Circle is about 15 mn drive. Publix is only 6 miles away.

RENTAL TERMS: Minimum monthly, maximum four occupants (additional guests may be considered). No pets.

No smoking or vaping inside the Condo or anywhere on Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a smoke free property.

An application is required by the home owner's association from all tenants with a non-refundable fee of $125.

The Condo has been registered for Residential Rentals with the town of Longboat Key. Registration number: RRR-00943.2023.

This condo was beautifully renovated and very clean. We were able to watch a sunset every night. The location was great and the restaurants within walking distance were very good. Restful month with a great view.

We have visited LBK a number of times since 2005. The Sea Pines condos and north end of LBK provided a place to avoid cold weather at home and great access to Long Beach and the Sarasota/Bradenton area. The beach was in the best condition that we have ever seen. The condo itself was clean, quiet and well provisioned. Sarasota provides many types of entertainment for all ages.

Beautiful Beach Condo

This was our second stay at George’s and Cheryl’s condo in Sea Pines. We absolutely love it here! The screened lanai provides stunning views of the Gulf and is our favorite place to watch the Sunset. It is an easy walk to the pool and/ or the white sand beach. Enjoyed excellent meals at home and at local restaurants within walking distance. Can’t hardly wait to return!

Sea Pines Condo Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Georges' and Cheryl's condo in Sea Pines. It had been recently renovated and features a well-equipped modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings throughout! The screened lanai provides a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and some gorgeous sunsets! It is a short stroll from the pool to the beautiful private white sand beach. Several excellent restaurants are within walking distance. We would definitely return to Sea Pines!

Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing time staying at George's property. Gated community with a beach view right outside the back windows. The place is well kept and very clean with updated showers and kitchen area. Staying for a month having a washer and dryer was a definite plus. The private pool was nice when we didn't want to go to the beach. The beach was just perfect, it wasn't too busy and during the week felt like you had the entire beach to yourself. Great restaurants all around and grocery stores were a quick drive. Can't say enough good things about this place we definitely will be back!!

This property is amazing! The condo is lovely, peaceful, recently renovated. It has stunning views of the beach and the glorious sunsets. Georges was incredibly responsive if we had any questions. The kitchen is great for preparing meals in and there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, the pool as well as golfing, biking and kayaking. Paradise.

Magical place

We had the pleasure of staying at this vacation property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we stepped in, I felt like at home. Having traveled extensively in both the United States and Europe, I can confidently say that this place is now of my favorites, and I'm eagerly looking forward to returning. The condo itself is a delightful and cozy haven. It was immaculately clean with the tasteful decorations. The appliances were modern and in excellent condition, and we found everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Being situated in a gated community was fantastic. The location was incredibly peaceful. We loved the beach, which was not overcrowded and the pool was simply amazing. During our stay at this property, not only did we have a fantastic time on the beach and pool, but we also had the opportunity to explore some nearby restaurants. Our absolute favorite was "The Shore." Having many dining options nearby added an extra layer of enjoyment to our vacation. I didn't want to leave this place. It felt like a dream, and I wished I could have stayed there forever. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was simply perfect. I can't wait to return and relive the magic of this wonderful condo once again. Thank you.

Amazing property in a perfect location!

The property was perfect! Beach front and just steps away from beautiful beach with white sand. The beach is never crowded. Also, there are some great restaurants withing walking distance of the property or a few minutes drive. The property itself was very clean. Everything was new and “shiny”. The owner Georges was very pleasant. He was always available, and it was easy to communicate with him. I highly recommend this property, and I hope to return there next year!

Wonderful Property

My sister and I stayed at Geoges property in April 2023. It was everything we hoped for. It was spotless! Everything we needed for cooking was there and in perfect condition. Bedding was great and common areas were very comfortable. The view was gorgeous! waking up to the ocean view from the master bedroom was special and We had our happy hour on the lanai every night watching the sunset. The beach was steps away and beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, etc were all supplied and in good working condition. I have been renting on LBK for many, many years and this was my favorite rental so far.

The condo has been recently refurbished and is lovely. The location gives close access to Bradenton as well as Sarasota. Owner and property manager couldn't have been more accommodating. We hope to return to this location.

A little slice of paradise

There was simply nothing not to love about this wonderful condo. We had the pleasure of staying here for the month of January and it was really hard to have to leave. The condo has been recently completely redone, everything is new and spotless and great thought has gone into ensuring you will find everything you need for your stay. There is a wonderful lanai with a view of the water that is incredible, and sunset was our favorite time of the day to just settle in, relax and enjoy the beautiful colors every night. The property is quiet and there is a lovely pool onsite. Everything you could need for the beach is thoughtfully provided, including beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler. The location is ideal with three nice restaurants in walking distance and only a short drive to the Bridge St. area, which has fun restaurants and shops. Georges was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with and ensured we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
