Un séjour particulier
Une annonce alléchante : une nuit pour 3 adultes à un prix plus qu'abordable (Super) !!
Arrivées à l'adresse après une journée de travail, une plaquette nous indique que la réception se trouve 5 min à pied ailleurs (pas rassurant et surtout pas annoncé sur Abritel).
Nous trouvons le réceptionniste (très gentil) qui nous annonce qu'il nous fallait réserver 2 chambres (nous sommes étonnées et surtout fatiguées).
Il appelle son supérieur qui lui annonce qu'il nous faut payer 51€ de plus (nous l'avons refusé bien évidemment).
Après présentation de preuve d'encaissement "Abritel", une deuxième chambre nous est ouverte .... ouf !
Encore merci à ce réceptionniste qui a tout fait pour arranger la situation.
