Located in the Cove at Sandy Pointe, this condo features two bedrooms and two full baths. This condo is in the heart of Holmes Beach, very close to the beach and just steps away from the free island trolley.

The screened-in lanai overlooking the pool and natural mangrove preserve is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. With a king master bedroom and an additional guest room with 2 full-size beds there is plenty of room for the family. This condo also features an indoor or outdoor dining table for 4 as well as a cute breakfast bar.

The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars and there is additional parking for guests. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in our professional linen program so you can rest well.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.

Peaceful

Short walk to the beach, clean, kitchen well stocked. Washer needs a tub cleaning but we didn’t use it in the end. The neighborhood is super quiet, great place to rest and decompress

Great Place!

This was a perfect location to enjoy all that Anna Maria Island has to offer! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our weeks' stay. The check in process was so easy, too. We would highly recommend this condo!

Great condo!

We had a great week at Holmes Beach! The condo was clean and in a good location. It was a little walk to the beach but piling everything into the wagon made it easier. Everything about this beach is perfect! The water is clear and beautiful, there are no real crowds, just amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

Perfect place for my family.

The process was so easy in renting from the time I made the reservation until the time we arrived. Property owners quick to respond if you need them. Very nice place with everything you need for a perfect week at the beach. So cozy and relaxing. We loved the screened in patio and could stay out there all the time. Beautifully decorated and clean. I highly recommend this place.
