Want to get "A Wave from it All"!?! When you stay at this cozy, coastal 2 bedroom, 2 bath, vacation rental condo on Anna Maria Island you can step inside and drop your cares at the door! Tastefully furnished it leaves little to pack. It's close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the Island exit. Natural lighting in the living room and island breezes on the screened-in porch.
It is nestled back in the Sandy Pointe Condominiums in unit 102, this peaceful community is covered with lush tropical foliage and Florida palm trees!

The master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen cable TV and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV.
A Wave from it all has a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This unit has 2 designated covered tandem parking spaces along with shared guest parking, a large, well maintained heated community pool and tennis courts! Storage room next to the parking contains beach equipment like beach wagon and beach chairs. Launch a canoe or paddle board at the bridge into the mangroves/ bay for a relaxing experience on the water!

It's just a short walk to Publix, CVS and lots of other restaurants and fun island stores or you can jump on the FREE island trolley to explore the rest of the AMI.
Free Wifi, linens & towels, beach chairs & wagon provided.

Accommodates up to 4 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week.
Dogs up to 30lb are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Spring break at Anna Maria

Just a couple block walk from the beach, this property was ideal with covered parking, right on the free trolley line and centrally located on the island.

Manatee Public Beach less than 10 minute walk from condo. Property manager responded timely when we “blew a fuse” (don’t run 2 hair dryers simultaneously 😀) Condo located on second level (garage under and another condo above). Only drawback of condo was noise from third level (depending on occupants).

Much needed vacation with my hubby!

We arrived to find a large and well decorated 2 bedroom unit near the beach. It was clean and mostly well equipped with all of the comforts of home for the week. Everything was in working order as previously reviewed. We were minutes from the ocean and made our way there all but one day due to the temp and being overcast. We shopped at Publix and Walmart which was a bit further out. We dined at different places throughout our stay never returning to the same place to keep it fresh and support the locals. They are doing some construction to the outside of the building and start daily at 09:00 am. We were hoping to sleep in a bit later since we were on holiday, but other than that it was a blast and so much fun! We will definitely be back in the area for its tranquility and ease of beach access.We laundered the towels, did all of dishes, swept the floors and took out the trash. Things that we would’ve done at home. Thank you for a fun stay!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex many times before and always love that the location allows us to easily explore the island using the free trolley and be able to walk to the beach in minutes. This condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with the essentials for your stay (we stayed 3 weeks). The rental company location is right across the street in case you have questions or need anything and Rosann is wonderful. The pool is heated and lovely. Please note- the master bedroom mattress is quite firm, so you will want to consider this based on your sleeping preferences- however, Rosann has a topper available to use if you prefer softer. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice setting when we arrived We felt immediately welcome.As already somebody described, the floor is either not properly cleaned or it “looses” color. Our feet were black after 1h.When the neighbors moved in above after 3 days, we could hear every step and movement.The water pressure in the shower is very low.I cannot understand why nowadays the recycling bin is not standard. All the other houses around had it.
