Charmantes Haus in charmantem Ort

Schönes altes Haus mitten im Ort, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Bar und Apotheke fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.Wir haben in dem charmanten Haus von Paulette die Weihnachstage verbracht: sehr gut ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Shampoo und vielem mehr. Großzügige Schlafzimmer, heimeliges Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer, schöne kleine Küche. Wohlfühlen pur! Die Kommunikation klappte hervorragend. Klare Urlaubsempfehlung und vielen Dank nochmals an Paulette für die schönen Tage in diesem Haus!gut ausgestattet

très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte. D'abord un grand merci à Paulette pour sa souplesse dans nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Un autre grand merci à Victor (que nous n'avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer) pour nous avoir allumer les deux poêles à bois et ainsi de trouver une maison bien douillette. Les chambres sont confortables, la literie très bonne. Les autres pièces sont également agréables à vivre. Un seul bémol, mais nous avons compris que le gîte est en cours de restructuration, côté cuisine il manque du matériel, pour qui a envie de cuisiner ( des ustensiles : sauteuse, poêle plus grande, essoreuse, une cafetière plus grande...) et surtout un vrai frigo! Une fois ces améliorations réalisées le gîte sera parfait. Le village ou il se situe est à voir, il y a de très belles balades à faire, et Vezelay est à 1/4 d'heure! Alors....Allez y!

Charmantes rustikales Haus in einem typischen französischen Dorf in einer sehr ländlichen, sehr idyllischen Gegend direkt am Canal de Nivernais. Der Ort wirkte etwas verlassen, viele Geschäfte standen leer. Auch der Markt am Donnerstag Vormittag wirkte etwas vernachlässigt. Im Haus, besonders in der Küche war alles vorhanden, Sitzgelegenheiten allerdings wenig bequem, Betten und Dusche waren ok. Der Patio war im September schon schnell schattig und kühl, ist aber sicherlich im Hochsommer eine wahre Freude. Im Ort sind Bäcker, Bar und Mini-Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist 20 km entfernt in Clamecy. Für uns wichtige Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Guedelon, Vezelay und Avallon waren mit dem Auto bequem erreichbar. Außerhalb der französischen Ferien bekommt man in den Städtchen auch immer zentral einen Parkplatz. Achtung: mit dem Auto braucht man immer deutlich länger als für gleiche Entfernungen in Deutschland.

Maison de caractère

Tout est très bien indiqué dans le livret d'accueil, la propriétaire répond très rapidement par courriel, la maison est une maison de caractère, facile d'accès, parfaite pour une famille. Et effectivement, les chauffages fonctionnent très bien - nous y étions en hiver. Un grand merci !

Très jolie maison familiale dans laquelle nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis à l'aise. Nous y avions trouvé le calme que nous y recherchions et avons visité cette partie de l'Yonne que nous connaissions un peu moins. C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerions.

Maison en pierre restant fraîche , appréciable en ces périodes chaudes d’été! Bien située dans le village et dans la région. Quelques détails : jardin peu utilisable surtout avec des enfants ; revoir l’aménagement de l’espace repas à l’extérieur.
